Kelly Hibbeler Albus, Ph.D., is a Research Scientist in the Texas Water Resources Institute’s Urban Water team at the Texas A&M AgriLife Research and Extension Center at Dallas. She is an expert in citizen science with a focus on broadening engagement in environmental issues through innovative education initiatives.

    Bardia Heidari, Ph.D., is a research scientist for the Texas Water Resources Institute (TWRI) working at the Texas A&M AgriLife Research Center in Dallas, Texas. His research focuses on urban hydrology and flooding, impacts of climate change on water infrastructure, application of data science techniques in stormwater management and green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) design and planning.

      Emily Monroe joined the Texas Water Resources Institute in October 2018 as an extension program specialist. She is primarily responsible for working with local stakeholders to develop plans that restore and protect water resources and securing funds to implement projects identified in watershed plans. She also leads and tracks project implementation progress and success, and sustains stakeholder group engagement through the delivery of educational materials and programming.

        Dean Minchillo is a program specialist with TWRI’s Urban WISH team at the Texas A&M AgriLife Research and Extension Center at Dallas. In his role, Dean combines his expertise in water conservation and passion for the environment to build sustainable programs that support the Texas A&M AgriLife mission by delivering research-based, locally relevant and beneficial programming to promote the protection of Texas’ natural resources. 
          Samantha Murray

          Samantha Murray is a geospatial analyst for TWRI at the Texas A&M AgriLife Research and Extension Center at Dallas. As a geospatial analyst, she utilizes her expertise in spatial data analysis, GIS mapping, spatial modeling and remote sensing. Her work actively contributes to projects that focus on urban hydrology, impacts of climate change on water infrastructure, stormwater management and the design and planning of green stormwater infrastructure.
